Giant Center
The Giant Center is a venue space located in Hershey, Pennsylvania. It offers more than 300,000 square feet of space with areas for concerts and sports events. It is sponsored and by Giant Food Stores, which gives it its name. The center features 10,000 parking spaces and can seat up to 10,500 people. It is the home of the Hershey Bers and it has seen a number of iconic musical acts throughout the year, including Cher who has a farewell tour in the center in 2002. The Giant Center was designed by HOK Sport + Venue + Event. A design firm based out of Kansas City. The center is easily accessible via the local highways and train stations. It can also be reached by bus or cab.
Aside from Hershey, the Giant Center also caters to other nearby cities, towns, villages, and suburbs, including Halifax. It is also just a few minutes from Elizabethtown and from Progress. Attractions and landmarks that just a few minutes from the Giant Center include Hershey Gardens. If you are travelling with kids, you can also check out the iconic Hershey’s Chocolate World.
