Merlo: A Harmonious Town
Founded by the notable Francisco de Merlo in the mid-17th century is a town in Argentina named after his very self, Merlo. It was previously called Villa San Antonio del Camino in honor of a Portuguese saint. There is a distinct division of the upper class and the middle to lower class in town. Ezeiza International Airport (EZE) and Jorge Newbery International Airport (AEP) are both less than an hour away from Merlo, Argentina.
