Palisades Medical Center, Jersey City, New Jersey, United States of America
The Palisades Medical Center is a 202- bedded, non-profit medical center located in Jersey City. This hospital has around 1,300 employees and is considered as the largest employer in the whole Jersey City, with an operating budget of about $150 million. The Palisades Medical Center was recognized by the New Jersey Hospital Association in 2011 with its Community Outreach Award, for serving almost 400,000 of New Jersey's population and serving its residents who can't avail healthcare services due to language and community outreach issues. Palisades Medical Center is also funded by Abbott Nutrition and supported by the Aetna Foundation and The Provident Bank Foundation. The location of the hospital is also quite strategic because it is only across Manhattan and situated between the George Washington Bridge and the Lincoln Tunnel.
Accommodation located just a few minute drive away from the medical center are the Hotel Belleclaire and Arthouse Hotel New York City. Both of these hotels are well booked and received excellent compliments from their guests.
