Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) or Baylor Dallas in Dallas, Texas is a non-profit hospital with more than 1,000 licensed beds. It is one of the best institutions for patient care, medical training, and research in northern Texas. Inaugurated as Texas Baptist Memorial Sanitarium in 1903, it has a recognized orthopedic program. It is affiliated with the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine.
