River Legacy Living Science Center in Arlington, Texas features aquariums and terrariums housing native animals, gift shop, interactive environmental exhibits, nature trails, and pond. Inaugurated in 1996, it offers educational programs, public programs, and summer classes. It was founded by River Legacy Foundation to educate young people about environmental stewardship by exposing them to the wonders of nature. 

A variety of fun things to do in the area include visiting the African American Museum. Established in 1974, it has a permanent collection of works by renowned African American artists. It also offers educational and entertaining programs. Tourists should also visit the Comerica Bank Tower. Inaugurated in 2003, it is a multipurpose arena that serves as the home of the National Basketball Association (NBA) G League’s Texas Legends. The National Hockey League’s (NHL) Dallas Stars team also has its executive offices and practice facility on the arena. Another interesting site to visit in the area is Six Flags Over Texas. Inaugurated in 1961, it is the first ever Six Flags theme park. It is recognized for having the fastest and tallest roller coaster in the state, Titan.
